PROTOTYPE AND PRODUCT TESTING LABORATORY

AIMME's prototype and product testing laboratory is devoted to carrying out tests on finished products, thus enabling companies to certify products which are subject to Community Directives.
At present, the laboratory is accredited by ENAC to carry out progressive drop-testing of lifts, laid down in Directives 84/528/CEE, 84/312/CEE (certified 4410128/93).
Likewise, tests are being developed for granting certification of new products. Specifically, there is a growing demand for tests required by European Safety Directives, in particular with reference to directive 84/528/CEE for lifting equipment, and directive 89/392/CEE for machine safety.

Tests
- Door knob and handle testing (according to European Standards Project prEN-1906).
- Static and fatigue testing (fractions of 1000 cycles).
- Safety gear lift testing (complying with ITC MIE-AEM and UNE 58-705-86, transferred from EN 81-1). Accredited for
- Total mass testing
- Testing for each additional mass
- Regulating tests, either continuous or by levels
- Specific testing
